Happy Friday

Well today is a good day! This morning I hand a customer call in and said she reads my blogs – who knew – I have a fan!!!!!! So I get to write some more. Today I have a young lady out in Minnesota getting her hubby a pickup truck weathervane and she had us plop an apple in the back of the pickup – came out great – so very pleased about this. Here is a photo of our new pickup with apple weathervane thanks to the customer out in Minnesota who is moving to an apple orchard in Wisconsin.

So on to the local news here at the shop, we had another customer call in and she had purchased the Super Corgi – cape, mask and all and she said she is driving it around town showing it off since she loves her new puppy.

We have been busy lately here making weathervanes but trying to get in some new design ideas too – we do have a new large Labrador Weathervane that is almost done – will post it soon, I am still eyeballing the ears. Labrador Dog ears have to be just right.

Also, lots of new request from so many customers, love this part - so much fun to hear what everyone would like us to make. Our latest popular request has been a giraffe – well I am still thinking on this one, I would like to jump into some of the Africa animals – we will wait and see what this winter brings. Everything changes here in Maine in the winter months and maybe a penguin would be more in my thoughts when it gets colder.
